To install hebrew language support on Microsoft Windows XP follow the next steps:
Open Regional settings in the control panel
In languages tab mark the check box to install Right-to-left languages
Click on Yes to all massages appear.
Load the Windows XP installation CD if needed.
Now choose Hebrew in the advance tab.
Click OK.
Than restart the computer.
